Training workshop on “Independent Living, Advocacy, Disability Inclusion, Gender Equality, and Ways to Assist Persons with Disabilities”

On Tuesday, May 05, 2026, PPCIL organized a training workshop on “Independent Living, Advocacy, Disability Inclusion, Gender Equality, and Ways to Assist Persons with Disabilities” for members of the target group of the ISCP project, with a total of 27 participants. The workshop was held at the PPCIL office.

The objectives of the workshop were to:

– Identify the core pillars of independent living.

– Identify and address physical, attitudinal, and communication barriers.

– Increase awareness of disability, disability inclusion, advocacy, gender equality, and ways to assist persons with disabilities.
