On April 28 and 30, 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL—an Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD)—led a team to partner with representatives of CBM Australia to share experiences in promoting disability inclusion at UNICEF Cambodia.
Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL) is the first IL movement in Cambodia, which is non-governmental organization established in September, 2009.
