On the morning of March 25, 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, along with a group of professors from Japan, was granted permission by H.E. Sem Sokha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, to pay a formal visit and hold a working discussion at the ministry’s office
