On the morning of June 12, 2026, Ms. Som Yat, Administration and Finance Officer, and Ms. Loa Limsoung, Project Officer, of the PPCIL attended the Public Forum and Consultation of the Por Sen Chey District Council for its 4th Mandate (2026).

The forum was presided over by H.E. Huot Sineath, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, representing H.E. Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training. Also in attendance were Mr. Ith Chumnit, Chairman of the District Council, Mr. Sok Chankanharith, Governor of the Por Sen Chey District Administration, deputy district governors, office chiefs, representatives of the district police and military police, commune chiefs and deputy commune chiefs, as well as 467 residents.

The forum was held at Prey Speu Pagoda, Chaom Chau II Commune, Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh.
