On the morning of May 28, 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, led his team to participate in a dissemination workshop on the Updated Urban Transport Master Plan 2050 under the Project for Development of Integrated Urban Transport Management Mechanism in Phnom Penh Capital City.

The workshop was presided over by H.E. Ek Khun Doeun, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh Capital Administration, and Mr. Kazumasa Sanui, Representative of the JICA Cambodia Office. Participants included representatives from the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, district administrations, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.

The event was organized by the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and was held at the Cambodiana Hotel.
