On the afternoon of February 27, 2026, Ms. Sam Yat, Head of Administration and Finance of the PPCIL, attended the 44th Ordinary Meeting of the 5th Mandate of the Krang Thnong Commune Council at the Krang Thnong Commune Hall, Sen Sok District.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Soeun Sour, Chairperson of the Commune Council and Chair of the meeting, and Mr. Soung Sarom, Member of the Sen Sok District Council, who represented Her Excellency Mrs. Chhean Sokhen, Chairperson of the District Council, as the high-level representative.

The meeting discussed the following agenda items:

– Reviewing and approving the draft minutes of the 43rd Ordinary Meeting of the 5th Mandate of the Commune Council, which was the meeting held in January 2026.

– Listening to the report and results of the implementation of the Commune administrative work for February 2026.

– Discussing the report on the distribution of incentive bonuses generated from administrative service fees under the Signle-Window Service Mechanism for February 2026.

– Approving the request to conduct interviews for ID poors and to update the list of poor households holding ID Poors.
