On the morning of 17 of February, 2026, Ms. Som Yat, Head of Administration and Finance of the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL) invited to attend the 44th Ordinary Meeting of the 5th Term of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs, held at Krang Thnong Commune Hall, Sen Sok District.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Soeun Sour, Chairperson of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs, and Mr. Mean Sophanny, Permanent Vice Chairperson of the District Committee for Women and Children Affairs of Sen Sok District.

The agenda was discussed as follows:

– Review and approve of the draft minutes of the 43rd Ordinary Meeting of the 5th mandate of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs, held in the previous month.

– Review of reports and results of the implementation of activities of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs for February 2026.

– Review and approve of the activity plan of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs for March 2026.

– Review and approve of the budget plan of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs for March 2026.

– Other matters.
