On the morning of Monday, 2 February 2026, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, led his staff to meet with the Chief of Prey Sa Commune to seek cooperation in implementing the project titled “Inclusive and Sustainable Community Development for Persons with Disabilities (ISCP)”. The project is funded by DRF/DRAF and also involved the selection of persons with disabilities as the project’s target group in Peam Village, located in Prey Sa Commune, Dangkor District, Phnom Penh, to participate as project beneficiaries.

Mr. Suong Sam Orl, the Commune Chief, expressed a warm welcome and his pleasure in cooperating on the implementation of the ISCP project, with the hope that it will be successfully carried out in the future.
