On the morning of December 15, 2025, the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL) received the third round of funding from Mr. Chhuon Chham, Chief of Ponsang Commune, to provide support for personal assistant services and daily living expenses for Mr. Roun Yim, a person with a severe disability residing in Ponsang Commune.
