Meeting on the Provisional Agreement in the Workshop on the Three-Year Rolling Investment Program of communes and district (2026–2028)

On the morning of October 2, 2025, at the Pursenchey District Hall, Ms. Chea Bopha, Program Coordinator, representing Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), attended a meeting on the Provisional Agreement in the Workshop on the Three-Year Rolling Investment Program of communes and district (2026–2028). The provisional agreement was reached on cooperation for the implementation of certain projects or activities for the development of communes and district, presided over by Mr. Phon Sophan, Deputy District Governor, representing Mr. Sak Chan Kanharith , Governor of Pursenchey District.
