Workshop on the Promotion of Disability Inclusion into Commune Investment Plan

On 23rd of June, 2020; PPCIL together with Khmer Community Development—KCD conducted the Workshop to Promote Disability Inclusion into Commune Investment Plan for 2021 at Prek Chhrey Commune Office, Kandal Province. There were 21(F: 9) participants, that 07 (F: 01) of whom are from Prek Chhrey commune office attending the training workshop.

The objective of the workshop is to raise awareness on disability and elderly with local decision makers in order to draw more attention from local authorities and stakeholders, to promote accessibility, to eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities and elderly, and to include disability and elderly into the Commune Investment Plan and Commune Rolling Plan.
