On January 16, 2026, Ms. Loa Limsoung, representing Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, participated in the “Validation Workshop on the Landscape of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Cambodia.” at CamTech University.

The workshop was organized by CamTech University in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI), with support from the Australian Government through The Asia Foundation and the Ponlok Chomnes Program.

The workshop was attended by approximately 100 participants drawn from government institutions, small and medium enterprises, universities, the private sector, development organizations, and civil society sectors.

Objectives of the Workshop:

– To present key findings from previous studies and workshops on small and medium enterprises.

– To validate findings in collaboration with industry partners.

– To identify priority challenges and policy impacts.

To collect feedback to inform final decisions for the report.
