On the afternoon of 10 December 2025, His Excellency Ung Sambath, Secretary-General of the Disability Action Council, granted permission for PPCIL and SAORI, together with the PARTNER organization from Osaka, Japan. The purpose of the meeting was to better understand the situation of persons with disabilities in Cambodia, especially disability care services, as well as to learn about the welfare system and related disability policies in the country.
