On the afternoon of 15 February 2026, the team of PPCIL welcomed a group of university students from Kyoto and Kobe, Japan, who visited to learn about the activities of PPCIL and the overall situation of persons with disabilities in Cambodia.

The discussion mainly focused on:

1. The challenges and reasons behind the establishment of PPCIL

2. Sharing experiences of independent living by persons with severe disabilities living in the community

3. Methods of empowering persons with disabilities within the community

4. Providing advice to youth on developing projects to support persons with disabilities.
