On the morning of Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 7:30 AM, Mr. Kheng Dara and Ms. Som Yat, Advocacy officers, representing Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), participated in a Dissemination and Consultation Forum of the Phnom Penh Capital Council, 4th mandate, held at the Taing Korsang Khang Cherng Pagoda in Chomka Ovlek 2 village, Kakab 2 commune, Pou Senchey district.
The forum was presided over by His Excellency Penh Thearum, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh Capital Administration, representing His Excellency Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh Capital Administration.
– His Excellency Choub Khun, member of the Phnom Penh Capital Council, representing His Excellency Mop Sarin, President of the Phnom Penh Capital Council.
– His Excellency Khiev Savuth, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Labor and vocational training, and representing His Excellency Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, and Head of the Government Task Force at the grassroots level in Pou Senchey district.
A total of 485 participants attended, including 99 women.
