On 11 December 2025, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, and Mr. Chimura Takashi, President of the PARTNER Organization from Osaka, Japan, along with Advisor Ms. Emi Aizawa and team members Mr. Saijo, Mr. Sawada, and Mr. Anusa, visited members of the target groups and networks of the SAORI Organization, led by Executive Director Ms. Um Amraroth, in Kampong Chhnang Province. The purpose of the visit was to understand the living conditions, challenges, and essential needs of persons with disabilities by listening directly to them and their families, so that future service programs can be planned to better address their concerns and support their well-being.
