On the morning of 24 of November, 2025, Ms. Som Yat, Head of Admin and Finance of the Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), in collaboration with the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API), was invited to participate in the 41st Ordinary Meeting of the 5th Mandate of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs at the office of Sangkat Kraing Thnong, Sensokh District. Meeting was presided over by Mr. Soeun Sour, Chairman of the Commune Committee for Women and Children Affairs and Ms. Pov Chanhorn, Chairman of the Sen Sok District Committee for Women and Children Affairs. The agenda was discussed as follows:

⁃ Review and approve the draft minutes of the 40th Ordinary Meeting of the 5th Mandate of the Commune Committee for Women and Children affairs, which was held last month.

⁃ Review to the report and results of the work of the Commune Committee for Women and Children affairs for the month of November 2025.

⁃ Review and approve the action plan of the Committee for Women and Children affairs for December 2025.

⁃ Review and approve the budget plan of the Committee for Women and Children affairs for December 2025.
